Delivery

Only orders delivered in Quebec are accepted. Please allow approximately one week for order processing.

Shipping costs are established according to rules that take into account the volume, the mass, the number of items and/or the amount of the order. The orders will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer at the time of the payment of his order. Delivery time cannot be guaranteed by Festival NORR. Festival NORR is not responsible for any delay due to an error on the part of the third party that makes the delivery.

Return Policy

It is possible to return a product up to 30 days following the delivery date of your product. The returns of products are made by mail and the delivery charges are at the charge of the customer.

The products must be in their original packaging. A product is exchangeable or refundable within 30 days. A product must be new and fit for resale and labels must be present on the product and all components of the returned product must be returned with the product. The store reserves the right to refuse any return that is not deemed compliant. It may take up to 15 days to process the return and credit your account. All refunds will be made by bank transfer to the account used at the time of purchase. Your account will be credited for the amount of your purchase after our store team has verified the return.

The item must be in its original condition, unused, unaltered and unwashed. The original labels and packaging material must accompany the return. Shipping costs charged at the time of original purchase are not refundable.

30 day warranty

The 30-day warranty covers defects in a product under normal use. This warranty will not apply in the event of a problem caused by negligence, deterioration or inappropriate use of the product by the Internet user.

As part of the warranty, Festival NORR suggests that the customer contact the company by email at info@festivalnorr.com. After processing the product by Festival NORR, which will verify in particular whether the product is eligible for the warranty, we will proceed with the repair or the standard exchange of the product.

If the product is not repairable and cannot be exchanged for an identical or equivalent product, the product will be refunded in the form of a store credit or refund, as appropriate. In the event of an abnormal or abusive return, the return will be considered as non-compliant and treated as such and the return or refund may be refused. In this case, shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

This guarantee is applicable until 30 days following the delivery date of your product.
