Discovery package
The Discovery admission is specially designed for those who want to learn a sport or improve their skills in an outdoor activity. The schedule is divided into 3 activity blocks.

All the necessary equipment to practice your sport*
Access to the gathering site and the music show
Saturday and Sunday meals
Camping accommodation (camping equipment not included)**.
Shuttle transport to activities

Places in activities and workshops are limited and it is first come, first served! Registration is done after purchasing the ticket with the confirmation email.
You can choose a maximum of 2 sports activities

Ticketing Policies
Non-refund policy
- All ticket types are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. It is the responsibility of the participant to check their order carefully before submitting it. This includes all types of admission, as well as extras.
- No tickets will be refunded in case of rain or bad weather. We ask participants to bring appropriate clothing for the weather, as the event will take place rain or shine.
Ticket Transfer Policy
- It is possible to transfer your ticket to another person until August 23, 2024. To transfer your ticket, please send an e-mail to info@festivalnorr.com ;
- For the Discovery admission, it will not be possible to modify the activities that this person has chosen;
- Only transfer requests made by email will be eligible and permitted;
- Each ticket transfer request must be approved by the NORR Festival;
- Your name must appear in our system in order to register for the event.
- After August 23, 2024, ticket transfers will no longer be possible.
COVID-19 Policies
The measures below are precautionary. As of February 13, 2023, there are no capacity limits for outdoor public events and vaccine passports are not required.
- In the event that the organization has to cancel the event due to COVID-19, festival admissions will be refunded to participants in full. However, ticketing fees and applicable transaction fees are not refundable.
- In the event that a health measure limiting the capacity (number of participants) of outdoor public events is imposed on promoters after the date of ticketing, the NORR Festival intends to apply the following policy: Refund of tickets based on the date of purchase of the ticket, until the imposed capacity limit is reached. Refunds of admissions will be in descending order of purchase date, i.e. participants who purchased their tickets first will have priority over their participation in the event. Ticket refunds will be systematic and non-random.
- In the event that the vaccine passport is reintroduced at outdoor public events, NORR Festival plans to reimburse festival-goers who do not have their vaccine passport. However, ticketing fees and applicable transaction fees are not refundable.
The organization takes the safety of participants and volunteers very seriously and plans to adjust production to ensure that health standards are met. The organization is not responsible for any schedule changes or the impact that the pandemic situation may have on the participant's experience at the event. We are working hard to provide you with a safe experience that meets your expectations.
All instructions regarding health measures at the event are described in the participant's manual sent to each festival-goer. Please note that the health plan is subject to change at any time. We ask participants not to attend if they have symptoms of COVID-19.
