Introduction to acroyoga

Acroyoga is unique! This playful, fun and intense discipline is performed in teams. Sometimes 3, sometimes 5 or more, we create and communicate with what our bodies can perform. There's the base position, the one who carries and masters balance. There's the aerialist, who takes risks and practices yoga postures upside down. And then, last but not least, there's the spotter, the most important person in ensuring everyone's safety. For us, acroyoga is about playing, going beyond AND respecting your limits, while communicating clearly. Acroyoga requires strength in the lower body, as well as good abdominal sheathing.
