At Hooké, we firmly believe that cooking outdoors is one of the best ways to connect with nature. After the success of our workshop on preparing and cooking fish, this time we'd like to take the experience a step further by offering a cooking over the fire workshop dedicated to game, whether furred or feathered.
At the heart of this workshop, participants will learn how to work the game in the best possible way, how to make the best cuts and how to cook it directly over the fire. But that's not all. We'll also be showcasing the treasures of our forests by integrating wild mushrooms, forest spices and berries, for an authentic taste experience rooted in the Quebec territory.
Our aim? To offer an immersive experience where every participant leaves with concrete techniques, a better understanding of game and, above all, memories etched around the fire.
