Forest survival camp

Setting the scene! You leave with the children for an afternoon walk in the mountains not far from home. You leave with the bare minimum, a snack, a bottle of water and your knife that never leaves your side. After all, you expect to be back by late afternoon, just in time for dinner at the in-laws'. However, the activity doesn't go exactly as planned. The tribe has gotten lost and your youngest has turned his ankle walking through the woods. It's getting late and you're obviously not going to make it out today. That's it, you decide to stop and prepare to spend the night...

What do you do now? Where do you start?

If you don't know what to say, this introduction to forest survival is for you!

It will allow you to quickly acquire some knowledge and techniques that can be very useful during your outdoor activities in remote areas. You will come out of this course feeling more confident and aware that the key to your safety is to be well prepared.

Get ready for some serious FUN, as our instructor will share his passion for the outdoors and survival in the forest through a nice mix of theory and practice.

In particular, you will see:

  • How to manage your priorities
  • Shelter: types of shelters, where and how to build your individual or group makeshift shelter
  • Fire: start your fire in the ambient conditions
  • Distress signal / Guardian angel
  • Survival equipment
