Introduction to whitewater rescue

Discover the essential skills needed to intervene safely in whitewater environments. You'll gain the confidence and efficiency to act quickly and precisely in emergency situations. This introductory course is designed for all those who need to intervene from the water's edge, or in a low-risk environment in rapids of difficulty level (R-I-II-III maximum). The activity takes place close to the site on the Bras-du-Nord river, in calm or small whitewater.
